The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to establish, define and make known the values, ethical principles and conduct guidelines that guide the actions, relationships and decisions of Empresas Sutil and its subsidiaries (hereinafter Empresas Sutil) and its collaborators and which are strictly complied with in the exercise of their functions both within the company’s facilities and in the activities carried out outside it.

Empresas Sutil recognizes that the sum of individual and collective ethical conduct contributes to the construction of the image and distinction of Empresas Sutil as an upright and trustworthy company.
